Hazel

Finally, here are some pics of our new kitty, Hazel. Despite her grumpy appearance in these photos, she's about the sweetest, snuggle-bug cat I've ever known. We adopted her in March from a Denver no-kill shelter called Maxfund.

The shelter vet thinks Hazel is about two years old, and she had been at Maxfund for 11 months. After living in a big room with about 30 other cats, we were afraid it would take her some time to adjust to being the only cat and being alone for about 10 hours a day. Wrong! She more than enjoys her only-cat-diva status.
